* Absolutely NO canceling of purchases will be done due to excessive buyer abuse. No exceptions, so don't ask. You must make inquiries BEFORE purchase. A bid/BIN/auction is a binding contract and also in eBay's rules.
* If you're going to waste my time (and yours) by bidding only to change your mind later and not pay, save it for someone else. Action will be taken to relist on the 4th day after auction end to regain my fees and relist, since that's the only thing I can do.

* Absolutely NO returns. Most items in my shop are BRAND NEW. If they are used, the description will be stated as USED. The USED items are sold as working, so if you can't figure out how to hook it up or hook it up wrong and/or mess it up, it's your problem. I've gotten screwed over by people returning stuff that they've messed up, so NO returns.
