1928 RARE UNIFORM #GS 2-A
Neckerchief, Belt, Pouch
9 Gray-Green Badges (3 SQUARE)
This is a Fabulous collection of an early Gray-Green Girl Scout Uniform and several accessories as follows:
DRESS: 1928 style with inverted deep
side
pleats and an inverted pleat
on the back from neck to hem
.
Modesty shield is intact
and matches nicely.
Four Screw-back stars
on breast pocket.
3 SQUARE GG badges
on the cuff on the right sleeve, and
6 Round GG badges
on the top of the left sleeve.  All six look excellent without any fading.  Both sleeves show discoloration where badge and insignia were apparently removed.
NECKERCHIEF: Triangular dark green cotton with a bright yellow Trefoil in the first design of the trefoil with a dot between the G and S.  Excellent
POUCH: This matching pouch is very rare, and is in excellent
condition
.
BELT:  Fabulous buckle on this belt.  The picture is not exaggerated… it is lovely.  However, the web part is starting to fray slightly.
This is a wonderful group of vintage Girl Scout uniform, badges and accessories.
